Hi, my name is Mark Twohill and I am bringing yoga to Xtreme Cheer and Dance. I completed my teacher training at the renowned White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara,CA. I blend several styles of yoga to create a well rounded approach to overall health.
 
I came to practice yoga after an injury that eventually resulted in a spinal fusion. After all was said and done I was still in a great deal of pain and the doctor’s answer to that was more pain meds. I realized that if I were ever going to reclaim my health it was up to me. A physical therapist introduced me to yoga in 2004 and I have practiced steadily since then. My back pain is manageable, I lost 20 pounds, I am stronger, and more energetic than I have felt in 15 years.
 
Needless to say, I am now on a mission to spread these benefits to others. I hope that you can join me and reap the rewards of a regular yoga practice as I have.
